Non-Refundable: All purchases of our keyboard stickers are non-refundable. We kindly request that you thoroughly examine the product details, including the size guide provided in the images, before making a purchase. It is your responsibility to ensure that you select the correct size according to the size guide.
Delicate Product: Our keyboard stickers are delicate and require careful handling during application and removal. We recommend exercising caution to prevent any damage. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during the application or removal process.
Shipping Damages: While we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your order, unforeseen circumstances during transit may result in damages. In the event that your product arrives damaged such as it is incorrectly printed, please contact us within 7 hours of receiving the package with supporting proof while unpacking the product (photographs/videos). However, please note that we do not offer refunds for products damaged during shipping. Replacement and exchanged product will be delivered within 7 days.
Delivery Responsibility and Re-Shipping Charges: We outsource our shipping to a reliable courier service to ensure smooth product delivery. As a valued customer, it is your responsibility to provide accurate address details, including pin code, landmark, house number, flat number, phone number, email id and other relevant information. Additionally, it is crucial that you are available to receive the delivery and respond to any communication from the delivery personnel. Feel free to contact the courier services to track your shipment and avoid any delivery issues.
